Project

As cities expand and face increasing problems of pollution, traffic jams and unprecedented growth, numerous urban planners and researchers are working on concepts revolving around 'smart cities'.

For thyssenkrupp Elevator, Triplesense Reply developed the content strategy, UX concept, responsive design and provided the technical realization of a storytelling platform "Urban Hub" - an interactive portal targeted to people that design the future of our cities and mobility in general. On the platform personal stories are collected and published that deal with cities, groundbreaking projects and future ideas for a sustainable development of cities all over the world. To ensure simple content management, and optimal user experience, Urban Hub is based on the CMS WordPress. The theme and a modified backend were developed by Triplesense Reply.

Project Management

I was involved in several mini projects under the overall umbrella of the storytelling platform. I led some of the mini projects and co-managed others

- Management: Project management, alignment meetings within the team, client and vendors, troubleshooting and coordination, team management, ideation and editorial board meeting sessions

- Newsletter & Stories: and managed the work for new stories and newsletters along with a co-project manager, prepared and published both

- New Language Integration: Coordinated with global Chinese representatives. Managed the project in terms of the content, frontend and backend requirements, problem solving, bug fixing and quality assurance. Creation of newsletter templates. Coordinated the going live of the new language on the website

Content Strategy and Management

- Performance Reporting: Analysis of visitors, traffic sources, SEO queries, referral sites, social traffic, conversion rates, newsletter subscription and performance. Drawing insights and recommendations

- Content Marketing, Growth and Promotion: Created and presented a pitch on using growth hacking to the client. This included a visualization of new story formats, website and newsletter optimization, new marketing and event ideas

- SEO optimization: Strategy and Scope

- Target Audience: Realigned the originally broad target group to make it more specific, viable and effective

- Social Media Strategy and proposal: Research and recommendation of relevant Social Media platforms. Wrote a Social Media Strategy and Implementation proposal. Presented pitch to the client
