Process:
The participants were introduced to design thinking with an introductory challenge after which they undertook a sprint of the entire process of Design Thinking, namely, user research, synthesis, ideation, prototyping and testing.
The workshop recieved exceptionally positive feedback from the participants in the following days, with more colleagues requesting for a similar workshop for their projects.
